Returns & Exchanges Policy
All of our products are custom printed to order. This means that each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to help.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We will offer a replacement or exchange if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at info@myonlyescape.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
